1. HKBartender.com values all personal information provided by its customers, and this note sets out HKBartender.com's policy and practices in relation to personal data and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the "Ordinance").

2. The Ordinance protects the privacy of individuals by controlling the manner in which personal data may be collected, held, processed and used. 4. Failure to supply such personal data may result in the delay or inability of HKBartender.com to, or to continue to, carry out the Services.

6. In accordance with the terms of the Ordinance and subject to exemptions specified in the Ordinance, any customer:-

(a) has the right to check whether HKBartender.com holds personal data about him or her and has a right to receive copies of such data;

(b) has the right to require HKBartender.com to correct any personal data relating to him or her which is inaccurate; and

(c) has the right to ascertain HKBartender.com's policy and practices in relation to personal data and to be informed of the kind of personal data held by HKBartender.com.
